Yes, this is already possible, if you hold the alt/option key:

Shortcut Command

⇧⌘ U Mark as On the Agenda / Remove from On the Agenda

⌘ ⏎ Mark as Done / Undone

⌥⌘ ⏎ Mark as Done Completely (also Removes from On the Agenda)
