What I did:
Created a template with this date command in the title:
\date(EEE d MMM YYYY)
What happened:
It works.
But when I then run \time or the time button on iPad, in any note, instead of the time, the date is inserted in the same format as in the template.
What I expected:
My default time format to be inserted.
Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):
11.2, iPadOS 14.1
You can reset to the default format by typing \date(default)

Hmm. I know I can reset to my chosen format - but I don’t want to have to do this after every time I run the template!
Basically, in the template I want the date in format X, but in notes I want the date in format Y. Running the template resets the format to X.
Also, note that I used a date command, but that affected the time format - which I don’t think it should do!
Ah, I wasn’t aware it was changing it on running the template, that shouldn’t happen indeed. I’ll fix that.
