I don’t know if I am doing something wrong, or if I am just too slow? When creating tags on iOS, it usually takes 15-20 tries to get that simple thing accomplished. The way I go about creating the tag in a note, is to hit the plus sign, hit the # and proceed to type the tag. If it is a simple tag, #pets, #out, etc., all is fine. Longer tags, such as #due(10/22/20), are nearly impossible, as there must be a timer that ends the tag input?

There is indeed a timer, a good point, we’re starting the work on tag autocompletion, I’m taking this feedback along.

That would be great. This old guy is toooooooo slow.

Auto tag completion would fix this.

Maybe some kind of text expansion app would help in the meantime. Textexpander works well with dates.

Thx. I found a work around for the timed #. I don’t use the special character in the + list, just use the keyboard to type seems to be working.

Update: Agenda 14 now supports tag and people autocompletion, you can see it in action here
