Please add an option to change the Shortcuts, eg for Quick Look, since nowadays macos is so heavy based on shortcuts it would be great if you can shoose where to bind what. Cheers 
You can do this already, and in fact for anything in the system.
You can re-assign a different shortcut by going to the System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts:
This works with any command btw, and also note that those are ellipses (… or option + ;), not three periods.
