Wrong mouse cursor in paragraph popover when above sidebar divider

When the paragraph format popover is over the left sidebar divider, the mouse cursor sometimes turns into a “horizontal resize” cursor. This happens if you interact with elements of the popover that are directly above the divider. See video below, in which it happens when you select the “strikethrough” and “H4” items.
