Sync issues

I really love your product but I cannot find out how to link my two devices. I download Agenda both on my computer and phone and I sign up with the same account. But for some reason the notes are not shared between devices. What should I do?

Have you enabled the ‘Sync Notes Between Devices With iCloud’ tab in Settings? Currently Agenda can only sync using the iCloud service, you will need to have the same iCloud user account on both devices. As long as your internet connection is working then notes should sync up within a few seconds providing you have chosen the sync setting described above

Make sure you are signed in to iCloud with the same account on each device, and that iCloud Drive is turned on. (iCloud Drive is very important, and many people forget this.)

Lastly, some companies block iCloud, so you might need to check if that is the reason sync is not working for you.
