What I did: Writing text and for a new line I’ve pressed control + Enter.
What happened: Complete new row.
What I expected: new line with small distance to the line above.
Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): Agenda version 1.3, macOS 10.13.3 on MacBook Pro.
Interessting: When I press option + tab (->) then the function is working for the current note only. 
CTRL-Enter seems to be working fine here. If you press enter normally, the gap to the previous line is a lot bigger. You can see it working particularly in lists, because they don’t get a new bullet point.

If you still think there is an issue, can you send a similar screenshot?

Ah, found it! Yes, you are quite right. In some cases, this would not work. Was indeed introduced by the recent update.
We have fixed it, and it will be in our next update.
