Persistent UI Rendering Bug on iPad Pro M5 (11-inch)

Environment:

  • Device: iPad Pro 11" M5, 256GB
  • OS: Latest iPadOS (Feb 2026)
  • App Version: Latest Agenda build

Issue:
I am experiencing a consistent UI rendering glitch when switching back to Agenda from other apps.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Agenda (works perfectly on a fresh boot or after force-quitting).
  2. The right panel is expanded / visible.
  3. Switch to any other app and perform a task.
  4. Return to Agenda.

Observed Behavior:
Upon returning, the display is misaligned (see attached screenshot).
Standard interactions like scrolling or editing text do not trigger a UI refresh.

Current Workaround:
The display only corrects itself after I collapse or collapse and re-expand the left or right side panels.
However, the glitch recurs immediately the next time I switch apps.

Notes:

  • The method of switching (Stage Manager, Swipe, or Dock) does not change the outcome.
  • Agenda is the only app on this M5 device showing this behavior.

Has anyone else encountered this on the iPad Pro M5 ?

Thanks,

Luc.

forgot this one .. removing and re-installing Agenda does not change anything

My guess is it has to do with saving of your preferences.

Is there anything else you can tell me? I guess this happens only when both side panels are open and you close the app? If the panel(s) are closed, does it still happen?

Looking at it, it seems like it is positioning the content as if the right panel were closed. Is that right?
