Hi. Clicking on cogwheel when in a note shows “note text” as part of “copy as” but “note text” is missing on “copy as” in menu. I want to create a keyboard shortcut for “note text” but it’s missing from menu. Doesn’t make sense not showing in menu.
There’s no need for Note Text in the Copy As menu because Note Text is what you get if you use the regular “Copy” command from the Edit menu (i.e. Cmd-C is your friend). Just make sure you select the entire note (by clicking in the header area of the note) and don’t have the cursor blinking in the note text (otherwise it will copy the text selection).
Not so obvious step but works well once know what to do.
