Mutual linking

I would love the ability, almost by default, if when you link a note from one note to the other note, or if a new note about a meeting references the last meeting, that the link is mutual. If I link to another note, the note that I link to should link back (maybe at the bottom).

I just think this will not only be super useful, but when Apple Intelligence can learn from Agenda, it can start drawing, essentially, a graph database between notes.

We pretty much have that already. If you look in “Related Notes” on the right, and you select a note, it should show the notes that link to it. It works mostly like back links.

Agreed, I just wish I had the option to insert a link in the note itself.

I’m wondering how that would work. In order to insert a link, you have to insert it somewhere in the text. But if you insert a link in a note, you might as well just make a new link back to the original note.

How do you see this working? Does it just insert a link at the bottom? It seems to me that is almost the same as “related notes” when you get used to it.

Put it at the bottom. Or create a new feature, like a “links section” and place the auto links in there.
