Minimalistic detached window feature?

I often have Agenda in split full screen mode on my big screen, along with Calendar or Mail. During online meetings I would like to have the possibility to have a “mini” window, detached from the main one, that I could bring back on my main (macOS) desktop, so that I can take note while watching Zoom, have a couple documents open, etc.

Maybe there is already a way to do that? Maybe this could be a future feature?

E.g. hitting cmd-Space not matter what app you use, and a field to enter the title and text pops up. Confirming the note and it appears in e.g. a predefined project. Yes, I also would like it …
