It is hard for me to read some longer notes in Agenda. I think that the headings hiearchy is confusing. I took the same screenshot in Agenda and in a different app, same font (Avenir Next) and similar size (I tried).
I think It’s noticeable that the second screenshot is easier to read than Agenda’s note.
Agenda’s heading levels are too similar. This makes longer documents difficult to scan. On smaller notes they are great though.
Some suggestions:
Improve default headings
Controls for heading sizes and spacing
Maybe a focused Reading View with typography designed for long-form text
A reading view could have a table of contents to navigate it and hide most UI buttons.
Web clipper
This is a simple one but I don’t know the complexity behind it. I’d love the web clipper to preserve text colours from the original webpage if possible. If the text is red / green preserve that colour in Agenda.

On the headings, the size difference between levels is deliberately modest, and it is a balance we have argued about internally. Headings have to stay smaller than the note title, which sits right above them, and Agenda notes are usually short enough that big headings would feel heavy. We also lean on the space above a heading to separate sections rather than size alone.
That said, your screenshots make the case fairly well for longer notes, where the spacing is doing more work than the sizes are and scanning gets hard. Controls for heading size and spacing is the sort of thing that would let you tune it without us picking one answer for everybody, and I will take it along.
The reading view is an interesting one. A table of contents for a long note has come up before, in the shape of an outline of the headings you can jump around in, and that is already on our list. Pairing it with a cleaner reading mode is a nice idea.
On the web clipper preserving text colours, we will take that along too. The clipper works a bit like Safari’s Reader at the moment, pulling out the text and inline images and dropping most of the original styling, so colour is one of the things that gets lost on the way. Not a hard thing to want back.
