Issues after installing 10.14.1 Public Beta

beta
macos

#1

What I did: The Mac automatically updated to the latest public beta available

What happened: Agenda doesn’t open any more and show instead an error “Could not awaken up the Agenda library: The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSSQLiteErrorDomain error 11.)”

What I expected: to work as usual

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): Agenda version 2.4; 10.14.1 Beta (18B45d); MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

Ouch. Does it help if you:

  • quit Agenda
  • in Go to Folder in Finder, paste:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.momenta.agenda.macos/Data/Documents/Agenda/
  • make a backup copy of the DerivedInfo folder, then delete it
  • start Agenda

Do things works as they should after that?

Hello there,
thanks for the quick answer, but unfortunately nothing changes after doing so.

I opened agenda on the iphone and I have access to everything, not sure if that is actually meaningful.

So,
after moving out the PersistentInfo folder, honestly just trying out stuff - with a grain of salt - , everything worked as expected.

thanks!

That would indeed my next suggestion, but in order to be sure (and only if you are sure everything is there on your iPhone), I would have suggested to actually delete the entire container. If things look ok now, there’s probably no need for further action. If you do encounter odd things still, let us know and I’ll send the instructions.
