Is Handoff a premium feature?

Handoff is not working between my macbook pro and ipad air 4. Running Big Sur on the macbook, and iPadOS 14.3. Is that a paid feature? (Handoff working on other apps.) Thanks.

No it should work fine in the free version. We’ll investigate whether this is an OS issue or whether this is due to a change in version 12 we have missed.
