iCloud Sync does not work since iOS 13 update

What I did: Updating my iPad to iOS 13

What happened: All documents are gone, Agenda does not sync anymore. Other devices are not in trouble.

What I expected: That everything would work as normal :wink:

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): Agenda version is up-to-date.

iOS 13 unfortunately seems to have a lot of issues with iCloud. We have seen these in multiple apps, not just Agenda.

Things you could try:

  1. Switch iCloud Drive off, and then on again on the iPad
  2. Sign out of iCloud, and then back in again
  3. Delete Agenda on the iPad, and install again (assuming you have no important data in the app)
  4. You could try a hard reset of the device. See the “hard reset” sections of this link https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-reset-iphone-2000288

Sorry I can’t be more concrete. It seems these issues are quite random. Some people have them, and others don’t. I have also seen them be fixed by trying things like above.
