What I did: Updating my iPad to iOS 13
What happened: All documents are gone, Agenda does not sync anymore. Other devices are not in trouble.
What I expected: That everything would work as normal
Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): Agenda version is up-to-date.
iOS 13 unfortunately seems to have a lot of issues with iCloud. We have seen these in multiple apps, not just Agenda.
Things you could try:
Switch iCloud Drive off, and then on again on the iPad
Sign out of iCloud, and then back in again
Delete Agenda on the iPad, and install again (assuming you have no important data in the app)
You could try a hard reset of the device. See the āhard resetā sections of this link How to Restart an iPhone (All Models)
Sorry I canāt be more concrete. It seems these issues are quite random. Some people have them, and others donāt. I have also seen them be fixed by trying things like above.
