How do I add attendees to meetings as shown in the example High Tea

I am trying to figure out how to add present and absent attendees as shown in the example HIgh Tea. Any help would be appreciated

We simply added those manually. You can however now setup something similar using templates, but at the moment we don’t have a way to create this automatic absent/present generation, perhaps we can add that in a next release.
