Easier Access to the Context Menu for Text Formatting

I recommend moving the context menu to either the Top or the Base of the screen for easier access.

Adding a Toggle to turn it ON or OFF would also be helpful.

This way, users can easily see and use the menu whenever they need it and toggle it Off when not needed.

This method will make it much easier to access the context menu compared to clicking on the small circle button every time we want to change the text format or extend/compress the text.

In the meantime, note that you can “rip” the palette off, and turn it into a floating window, so you can see it all the time.
