Date search - ‘on this day’

Apologies if I’ve missed this somewhere else, but is it possible (or in the pipeline) to be able search and filter on a day and month (sans year)?

I want to be able to replicate an ‘On this Day’ function in my Journal whereby I can search today’s date but without the year such that it shows me every note on that date across multiple years.

Yes you can. If you tap the loupe icon at the top it should not only reveal the search field but also a calendar icon left off it, tapping/clicking it will show a calendar that allows you to filter notes by date or date range. Note that you can then save this selection as a smart overview as well if you like.

So if I wanted to select every 2 November regardless of year - how would I do that?
ie 2 Nov 2011, 2 Nov 2012, 2 Nov 2013, 2 Nov 2014 etc.

Ah, sorry, I didn’t read your question well. In that case, no, this isn’t possible atm.

Is it possible to specify dates in the x-callback search? If so you could create a shortcut that would mimic this functionality I would think.
