Copying and Pasting Text Within Same Note Creates a Duplicate Note

What I did: Without selecting any text press command C and then Command V in place.

What happened: The current note you’re on is duplicated.

What I expected: No duplicate note to be created.

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):

Version 9.3
OS Catalina Version 10.15.3

This is intended behaviour, if you have no text selected (and no blinking cursor) the entire note is copied.

Thanks for the reply! I have experienced the entire note being copied when I have text selected. I can’t get it to happen consistently but I move text around a lot and occassionaly it duplicates the entire note.

That’s indeed a bug we’re trying to hunt down, related to the reports of occasionally the cursor jumping to a different location. Unfortunately it’s proving hard to reproduce, so if you do find reproducible steps, or actions where it’s more likely to happen, please do let us know.
