What I did: Tried to change the behavior of a completed, checked note.
What happened: Nothing, A checkmark appears and that’s it.
What I expected: The item is supposed to appear as “grayed out.”

I’m using Agenda 13.1.1 on macOS 11.6 and the checklist seems to gray out well according to the “Greyed Out” Ticked Items Apperence’s preference.
I would suggest a software update, since I fail to know your Agenda version.

At the moment, (entire) notes that are completed don’t get a different look, only individual checklist items inside a note that you check off will gray out if you have this setting enabled in the Agenda preferences.
