Calendar Not Syncing

What I did: I go to link a note to a calendar item

What happened: The calendar item that was created that day, is not available to be linked to (doesn’t show up)

What I expected: Calendar is continuously synced so that it is up to date for linking

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc): iOS 14.7.1; iPad 11; Google calendar link to apple calendar;

I close the app and open it back up and the event is available. It seems to happen when I have the app open most of the day for work.

The problem is that we rely on the system doing the calendar sync with Google, which unfortunately doesn’t always happen instantly. Often the system waits till significant changes to save battery life, like starting the calendar app, or switching apps in general. Not sure there’s much we can do in this area.
