What I did: Purchased premium features

What happened: I got them, but payment has yet to be collected. The bank says there is no reason not to request the payment, apple say they can’t help. The payment is still pending, and I cannot currently download new apps, or update existing ones.

What I expected: To purchase, and be charged for the premium features. The pending payment on my account is a major headache!

Things that might be helpful to know (Agenda version, OS and model, etc):

This is standard Apple practice. They put a block on the amount, so you can’t spend it on something else, but they wait a day or two before processing it so that if you purchase something else from them, they can bundle them and pay less credit card transaction fees.

Just wait a day or so, and it should go through.

Does that mean that it can take up to 48 hours to get the premium version?

In case this happens please send us a screenshot of the purchase receipt (https://finance-app.itunes.apple.com/purchases) and we will then be able to fix it on our server.
