App is frozen on my Ipad

I opened it on my iPad but it stays frozen. What I did:

What happened:
Just Opened on iPad to start working on it

What I expected:
Not to freeze.

Hi. Thank you. I downloaded the upgrade of iOS 12.1. I deleted it and reloaded it. It is working. Great app thanks.
