Adding to 'top' of checklist with new line

I find myself wanting to add to the top of existing checklists alot; Maybe its a quirky habit I have, but it’d be nice to go to the beginning of the very first line in a checklist, and press enter for a blank checkbox above it, instead of a blank link where I gotta type '[ ] ’ and all that to get a box. This might be counter-intuitive, but I I’ve seen it before (elsewhere) and enjoyed it… thoughts?

Interesting power user idea, would be a bit hard to discover though. We have more list manipulations on our to-do list, no promises for this one though.
